The wind blew chillingly through the cold November air as a dark figure appeared in a tiny alleyway between the chao garden hotels and the train station, facing the cultisaq/loop thing. Clouds covered the sky in a thick, fluffy blanket and blocked out the minority of the sun's noon-day rays, plunging the city into a monochrome of dull gray.
That dark figure had a pretty face and waited paciently in the shadows, her black G.U.N. branded, figure-tight jacket thick enough to block out the cold but small enough to not really slow her down. This would be her first REAL mission--er, on her own anyway. She'd gone with a senior agent a couple of times, most of which resulted in trigger-happy disastor. For example, It wasn't Paris' fault that she was quick fingered when their target had a knife to a hostage's throat. Though...it probably WAS her fault that her aim had been a little too low...ah, that was in the past now.
Paris' navy blue eyes shown brightly in the dull light as she fingered her gun that was now in her coat pocket, leaning against the wall as she skimmed the open area ahead of her for this "alien" that had been causing trouble lately. She figured it had something to do with the black arms. But she wasn't really consered about WHAT it was. She was here to trank. it, and if that didn't work, she was here to put a bullet in its head. Simple enough.

Well fortunately for her, or unfortunately for her, her target was going to grace her with his presence. Now granted, Orion knew that he stuck out like a sore thumb, so wearing all the same attire, he just simply switched his lab coat for a long black hooded jacket. Now, he walked around the town, always flattening his ears to his head, pulling his beanie on top of his head, down tightly, and firmly covering his head and most of his face with a hood, so only his crimson muzzle was visible, and of course, his feet and tail were always visible. Also, he had a sword, but nowadays mercenaries were a bit more common.
Unfortunately, because his feet and tail were abnormal and most didn't walk around so suspiciously clothed, he was in trouble. Though, at least he was slowly getting the hand of speaking english. Though, he was still confused on most of the things Mobius offered.
Walking down the streets, his hands/claws jammed tightly in his pockets, he gazed around swiftly with every step he took. After all, weird 'humans' and 'mobians' were after him daily for reasons unknown to him. Walking close to Paris' line of vision, he had no clue what was about to come of this mistake, or that he was even making a mistake.

Paris's gaze was instantly locked, like a hawk eyeing it's prey. She regonized the discription of his feet and tail immediantly, and the red fur on his muzzle, and knew that this must be her man. She smiled, he was cute to be an alien, but none of that now, she had a mission to carry out. And she was determained to do it right this time.
"Bingo." She muttered as she slowly withdrew her weapon. It was set to tranqulize, which meant it shot out dart-like amunition with a needle on the end. That would hurt like the hottest living fire but Paris, honistly, didn't care at this point. Did aliens even have a real life?
She brought her weapon up, aimed, and fired for his upper arm.

Time seemed to freeze for a brief moment for young Orion. His ears perked high, but suddenly they flattened and he cringed forward. He let out a yelp, but it was unheard, since the pain was so great, he couldn't even manage to release sound. He clenched his arm tightly, and ripped out the dart. He staggered back and forth, the hood falling down.
His gaze was trying to blur, but he did his best to fight it, finding himself blinking frequently. After stagging and slumping up against a wall, he turned his gaze towards the direction he was shot. Half open and weak eyes locked onto Paris' eyes. He swallowed hard and shook his head grunting. Hurt was present in his eyes, but what was greater, was the confusion. He cursed in his native tongue, and then fell to the ground, putting his back up to the wall, holding his arm and waiting for Paris' to approach, trying to fight losing consciousness.

The hedgecat's deep blue eyes were as impassive as her face, showing no pleasure and no remorse for what was happening and stepped out of the shadows. The weapon she now held was almost as long as her arm, and swinging with it casually as she did indeed aproach. And apparently, she wasn't rushed.
"I suggest you just close your eyes and relax, bud. It's a whole lot better than the alternative." She said as she loomed over him, draping him in her shadow as she raised her gun's barrel to aim at his fore-head with a straight arm. This gun WASN'T set on tranq, eyes narrowed and chin raised coldly as her long, feline tail trailed waved behind her.

Orion winced, holding his arm tightly, and staring down the barrel as if it was nothing. A gamely grin slid onto his face, and his golden eyes glanced at her half openly. Well, only one was half open, the other was shut and wincing. He began to curse at her in his language, but then swallowed hard gathering english words together. " I still don't understand...why yer all so...hostile...I havin' done anything..." He scowled. Jus'....gotta stay awake.... He thought to himself. A plan was slowly developing in his head, but he wasn't sure how well it'd work, or if he'd even be able to achieve it. He didn't want to kill her, even though she clearly wanted to hurt him.
"'n yew know, maybe I wan' the alternative eh? Evah ask me that?" He questioned, slowly standing up, his back still against the wall. " Go 'head, shoot me, scum."

If there had ever been a mobian NOT to provoke, Paris was most certainly at the top of the totum-pole. One reason being because she didn't care about people she didn't know unless they were young, innosent or suffering. Everybody else was pretty much on their own in her eyes. Another reason was becaus this guy was betting his life on her being too much of a coward not to actually shoot him. What a hard gamble...
She flicked her brows and lowered her aim to his shoulder and fired a bullet.
"This might be a late warning, but I'm not a bluffer. All I'm going to do is take you back to the authorities for some questioning--if you cooroperate. That way I get payed, and you get to keep your life. Is that a deal?"
((Heh, I think this is probably why people try to avoid RPing with her XDD))

Black blood leaked from Orion's shoulder. He gasped, both eyes shut tightly. He almost stumbled forward from the wall, which now had his blood stained to it from the exit through his shoulder. He whimpered in pain, still fighting consciousness while in his pain. Cursing some more in his language, he paused. Gaining his composure, he smirked weakly, a new temporary strength gaining in him for the moment.
Before Paris could probably comprehend what was going on, he grasped her by the throat with one hand, as if it was easy and slammed her against the wall, holding her up. His eyes locked hard onto her. " Now lissen' up!" He yelled, "Bardus spurcamen!"(stupid filth) He paused, swallowing hard and gathering his words. Though, first, he concentrated his mind on her rifle, causing it to rip apart, psychic powers tearing at the screws of it, and disassembling the rifle. Once it was no longer worthy of being called a weapon, his gaze locked back on her. " I will NOT let yer cruel beings strip me of freedom any longer! 'n if yew stand in my way any longer, I will kill yew! On this d*mned planet I have no life! Yer experiments, people, all of you, d*mnations, torturing me fer sixty years!" He yelled at the top of his lungs, pushing her up against the wall harder.
Quickly then, he dropped her to his feet and began to run off. Unfortunately, he was slowing down quickly. He was in great pain, and had a great sword slung across his back. Sirens began to ring throughout the city, and it wasn't long before they made a circle around Orion at a four way intersection, and he collapsed in the middle of it, barely awake.

Paris's snarl deepened by the moment as he held her up, eyes narrowing seemingly in hatred but it was really just to hide her panic as she consintrated more on breathing than his words. She didn't really care what he had to say, but she couldn't help but catch the "torturing me for 60 years" part and couldn't help but wonder...G.U.N. hadn't told her he'd been here that long, or that he had escaped. They had said that he was an alien that had reciently landed and needed to be taken into custody. She considered that quite an important chapter that they had omitted from her briefing. And it DID make her wonder...what else were they leaving out?
She dropped to her kneese when he releaced her, one hand on her throat as she casped and choked for air while the other was pressed heavily on the cold, rough cement. It was amazing how detailed it was as she gazed down at it. Every crack and stain became surprisingly noticable from this point. Her head was spinning and for a moment, she thought that SHE'D be the one to pass out. The oxyogen to her mind being somewhat cut off while she had to suffer through his little speach. But he wouldn't get too far...no...the sirens were proof of that.
She closed her eyes briefly before she put a foot forward as she rose to her feet, her boot scraping lightly against the rough sidewalk as she stood. Her face was set in a soft and unintentional frown as she gazed over to where the cop cars had surrounded the fallen Orion and started slowly towards them, never even looking back to see what remained of her gun.
"Are you alright miss, can you tell us what happened?" Two of the many police officers suddenly cut in front of her, causing her to stop and flash her badge, "Thanks for the help," She said as she began to shoulder past them, "But I can take it from here."

Error. Invalid use. Can't compute. Error. Correction: A9785648. Rebooting.... Colt banged the side of his head in frustration, his blue eyes turning a red. He scowled to himself, realizing he would have to control himself. He was watching the scene unfold from the scrapers above, and couldn't help but smirk. G.U.N always was foolish in his eyes. They were either too cautious, or too willing to jump into something they shouldn't. The once completely organic cat, now artificially organic grinned his fangs in some delight. He wouldn't fight his severity for righting wrongs. Yeah, his malfunctions were causing him to kill, but he only killed criminals, and those who were doing some sort of wrong. He'd wait though for the oppurtune moment to drop in on his former brethren...
Orion meanwhile, was struggling to get up in a small puddle of his own black blood. He groaned, his golden eyes locked on Paris who was slowly walking towards him. She's pretty, but she's an (demon)everto. "Stay...back..." He grunted, falling flat on his stomach again.

"Sorry, but that's not going to happen. If you would just cool it then everything will go great for both of us." The hedgecat said as she neared the center of the squad car circle where he was laying, one hand casually in her pocket.
The other police officers, even though Paris had said she could handle it, had their weapons aimed as if the injured Orion might go nuts at any given moment. And Paris, surprisingly, knelt beside him and offered him a hand, giving him one last chance...or so it seemed, "What do you say, kid?"
What he couldn't know, however, was that her hand that was in her coat pocket had one of the darts from her tranq gun held between her fingers. Whether or not he'd give her his hand, this dart would be going in his arm. She'd like to see him keep fighting after THAT.

Orion was defeated. Black blood was leaking out his shoulder, and the first tranquilizer was slowly winning. Hopeless golden eyes glanced at her hand. Its probably a trick...oh well. I give up..I'm finished. Doomed again. He thought, reaching his hand to her. Upon grasping her hand, he felt the tranq enter him. He grunted and clenched his eyes closed tightly, muttering one last curse, before passing out.
Colt quirked a brow in curiosity about what just happened. Grinning oddly he developed his entrance in his head. Then, he made his entrance! There was a flash of artificial chaos energy behind two cops, and before they could turn to react, Colt's claws slashed across the back of their knee caps, maiming them, and causing them to fall forward in pain. He then began to teleport about, taking one by one down...

Paris straightened at the screams and quickly realized what was happening, it wouldn't take a genius to do that. Her ears were in constant motion, as was her head as she tried to get a good enough glance of the attacker that was teleporting around her, whipping out all the people who were there to protect her if worse came to worse. And it seemed that that very fate was starting it's engines...
"It's okay. Just don't panic." She told herself condensendingly, taking a deep breath before rising from her kneeling position to her full height, which wasn't much. As she did so, she pulled a knife from her pants leg in a very casual motion that wouldn't raise much suspision, hopefully anyhow. And she left the tranqulizing needle sticking out of Orion's arm, just to make absolutly sure that he was definetly down for the count.
Her eyes and nose were slightly reddened from the cold as she waited silently for him to stop this bloody onslought. And silently fought with herself. She might be next, not like it'd make much of a differance, there was no avoiding what was obviously chaos control. Shadow used chaos control...but Paris somehow knew he wouldn't be making any such entrances on her behalf. She tried not to think about it, and tried not to think about the pain in the screams echoing around her, tried not to grimice. And failed at all three.

The odd part was Colt almost seemed to be enjoying himself. It was as if he and Pyran had traded places completely. Occasionally, Colt would pause his teleportation to send an artificial chaos spear into the cop cars, causing them to burst into flames. And eventually, all the targets were down. Except one: Paris. There was a flash and Colt appeared in front of Paris. The handsome cat gave an odd grin. Silently, he pulled out his old badge. " Its alright miss, I'm an agent of G.U.N, this is all under control. Lemme take the Alien to somewhere safe instead of letting you guys kill him." He said twistedly towards, Paris. There was a pause, and he winced, his eyes turning blue. " Oh sh*t,.....what just happe- oh crap..Anyway, yeah, lemme take the alien, and I'll spare you...unless you want me to go psycho again." Colt explained, putting down his expired badge and pulling a pistol out from his pocket.

Paris' face flashed in a bit of suspicion at his eyes, looking at him from the tops of her own, but then gave a seducive smirk, lidding her eyes and flicking her tail. "It's not that easy, pal." She thought as she observed the badge. G.U.N. may be twisted in a way, but they would not kill a civilian on purpose, much less someone who WORKED for them and do it so vishiously. Paris wasn't stupid.
"That a fact?" She muttered sweetly, her dark blue eyes dazzling in the dull light. At her boots' level, the tip of her long, feline tail waved back and forth near Orion's face. What was she trying to do by all this? Well, only Paris knew. And her true motives were hidden in secret chambers of her mind, as they always were. Paris wasn't a hedgecat who was easily read, and her act truly was believable.
"I'm sorry, but I can't do that. You see I wasn't going to take him back to G.U.N. like a good girl. And you can go tell them that, pup" She added the last part with a bit of a challenge, clasping her hands behind her back which hid her knife.
