The Snow Bender

The sky was white as the snow falling steadily around the cream colored castle that towered above the trees around it. There was practically no wind, no chill factor other than the snow itself, and the snow was practically untouched other than the wide, cobble-stone street that lead to the castle, lined by trees bare of their leaves.

A light colored hedgehog made her way casually down the castle steps and onto the street. Her unusually blue eyes held a warmth, despite their assosiation with the cold around them. She had on a blue and white scarf, along with a blue fur-lined jacket and simple jeans. Aerie had just finished her chores for the royalty, something she enjoyed alot, clearing the snow from the main walkways, balconys, and the like. She was in demand this season, though spring was just around the corner. No problem.

She held her hands up as she walked, snow flurries turning irregularly in their paths to swirl slowly around her white gloves and her eyes turned a little more white.

They called her The Snow Bender, the master over ice and water, known for her unique ability to summon ice seemingly from nowhere and freeze water solid within seconds. To the kids, the lady who can make the fastest snowman. To the royal maids and keepers, a life-saver in this sort of weather.

Across the street, a little white hedgehog with green tipped ears was on his knees, making a snow castle. He was dressed in a little snow jacket and snow pants, both a royal red color. On his hands were brown mittens, and he wore brown snow boots on his feet.
Terios smiled as he continued building on his castle, occasionally glancing at the real one on the other side of the street infront of him. It seemed that he was trying to make it look like the one that he lived in now: Soleanna Castle.
The little hedgehog stopped as he saw a female hedgehog walk down the castle steps. His emerald green eyes blinked curiously, and he didn't say a word, yet.

Aerie fixed her crystal gaze on the younger hedgehog as she made it to the main street, and couldn't help but. She'd seen him around the castle a few times, but she'd never actually met him. He was a cute little guy.

"That's a pretty sweet castle kid-o!" She commented cheerfully as she neared, "It looks just like the real one!" heh...yeah...Just like it. But Aerie tilted her head slightly, putting a hand on her hip, "Though, it could use some straightening out..." She held her other hand out and aimed her palm at his castle, straightening it's walls and making his pillars more circular.

"What's your name? I'm Aerie."

"Oh, th-thanks." Terios said, grinning up at Aerie. "My name's Terios. He said as he watched her fix his snow castle. He then looked up at her, still smiling. "Hey, you look familiar... Do you work at the castle?" Terios asked, tilting his head to one side.
