Her fiery spirit was gone. Her want to invent, gone. Her positive thoughts, gone. Everything...gone. Alana was still clad in her clothes from the day before(blue tank top, gray sweatpants), and laying on the couch.
She felt empty. Her tears were the last things inside her, and now they fled from her rapidly. Saylo...I-I'm sorry... She thought, blaming everything on herself. The gorgeous dingo was a wreck. Alana had never felt this low since high school, and even then, it was never this bad. Her joy had never left her for more than a day before, and same with her fiery intelligent side. Yet, now, it was gone. Stripped from her, as if she wasn't even defending it to begin with. Had she actually began to love Saylo? Now that she thought about it...she did... He had begun changing, and a funner, more normal side had started to show on him. And now, that was gone. She ruined it, ruined it all, and now she'd be a pregnant single mother.
Alana didn't intend for any of this to even happen. She thought she'd tend for the man, and then after his two weeks, he'd be gone. Though, over the course, they connected, more than once, despite how often they argued and fought. In a way, that helped them both change. But, that didn't matter did it? She was becoming an empty shell by the minute...
Crying, she remained on the couch, the brunette's curly tail uncurled and haning from the couch. How could anything ever get worse?...
" There there, you poor thing. Don't cry, after all, I am here to take you away from it all." A voice said, coming from what sounded like every direction at once. Then, all of the sudden, a massive black portal opened up on the other side of the room. A thick cloud of black mist came from the vile space time gate as out stepped a shadowy figure with massive, almost demon-like wings, and red eyes which burned with the fires of hell itself. " come with me now, I will take away your troubles." The shadowy being said. " After all, I am an angel of sorts, and you can trust that despite my means, my intent is pure." The being continued. " However, if you refuse my help then I retreat to say that I will be inclined to take you by force, as you will be vital for my coming plans. So, I shall give you a choice, eather come with me by your own will, or have me force you to enter the portal." The shadowy hedgehog said.

Alana sniffled, and her ears flattened in fear at the sound of the voice. It was dark and cold, in her opinion, and if anything he sounded like something from the horror movies she watched. Swallowing hard, she sat up and looked around, tears still flowing.
Then, the whole portal thing creeped her out more, and brought a gripping fear to her heart. Alana gave a gulp and watched in terror as he made his speech and everything. Angel? He was no Angel! Alana backed to the corner of her couch and hid behind a pillow. "P-please, go away...I-I'm no help to you, a-and I don't have anything you need...just please..." Alana pleaded, shaking her head at the monstrosity.
Vexxus Void merely remained cold to her pleas and slowly walked toward her. As he steaped out of the shadows, his true form became more clear. He was a inky black hedgehog, who due to the emerald's powers, had become quite demonic in appearance. His spines where elongated to a size not normal, even for a hedgehog, and he had grown a long, almost dragon like tail which ended in a sharp blade, as well as his demonic wings. His hands had also become more feral, with sharp claws as appose to normal hands. He moved his tail closer to her, the blade on the end of it glising in the dim light. " On the contrary, you are of great help to me. You see, I need you to move my plot forward, and since you obviosuly do not wish to come, I have no choice but to force you to." Vexxus Void said to her, his face remaining stoic. The blade on the end of his tail was now dangerously close to the back of her neck. " If you value your own life, then it would be wise to come with me." He continued.
Alana saw his true form, and couldn't believe her eyes. She grunted, realized the tail was near her neck, and the tears only fell faster. What could he want with her? Then, it sounded like he was threatening her life! Well, he could go ahead and kill her. She didn't want this child, and sure as well wasn't going to be able to take care of it, even if she did. She had the money, but not the mentality.
She lost everything so fast. It just, it just wasn't fair! The gorgeous dingo quivered, fear embracing her with open arms. "No! Leave me alone!" She suddenly gathered up the courage to yell, and hopped off the back of the couch, attempting to flee.
Fortunately, Alana had a farm hand that occasionally stopped by, and she started to dart for the door to go outside. " Help me!" she yelled hoping for him to maybe hear her without her getting to the door, just in case...
Vexxus smiled slightly. "you really think they can here you. Heh, I guess that's because you haven't realized that I have put up a "wall" between us and the outside world. Outside this door is a scene of black mist, that no sound or sight can escape from without my consent." Vexxus said to her. "So, if you don't mind, I will be taking you with me now." Vexxus said to her, his tone becoming more dangerous. With those words, Vexxus attempted to grab her from behind, his tail at the ready if she tried to escape his advance. She has no way to escape, however, her attempts make for useful entertainment. It dose not matter though, for if she tries exit the room through any of the openings, she will fall into one of my portals hidden in the mist. So, in other words, she has no way out. Vexxus thought to himself, pleased.
Alana was really panicking now. Her ears were now flat against her head, and she found herself completely hopeless. The tears fell like a never ending river, and she just barely noticed him try to grab her, and just barely dodged. She then slammed her back up against the nearby wall, and collapsed to her bottom, holding her knees close to herself and staring at Vexxus in complete and utter fear.
"N-no, I'm not going....leave me alone, I'm no use to you! No one cares about me. I'm alone, I swear, and I have no use for you! Just please leave me alone!" Alana found herself weeping more. The fact that she admitted being alone hurt the most. For some reason, she wished Saylo was here...
" I have all the use for you in the world. So, now you WILL come with me!" Vexxus said, becoming quite frustrated. Heh, she thinks she can stop me with useless begging! I shall show her, I shall show no mercy now and drag her down into my ship myself! Vexxus thought to himself. He created a portal beneath his feet and then opened one up underneath the girl, attempting to drag her down into the portal below her.
Alana felt the ground leave before her, and her terrified emotions overwhelmed her. Alana's life was basically over to her now. She'd be some weird freak's tool to forward his own evil plans, and she was a pregnant lonesome woman. How could things get worse? Oh, that's right, she could die, but in Alana's mind, that sounded like something to save her if anything.
" N-no, help me! Somebody! S-Saylo!" She hollered even though she knew, she'd never get an answer. Her scream echoed through the portal as she was drug in, and soon, she fell in...kidnapped by Vexxus. Now, she'd be truly, alone.
After the portal closed, another opened up in the room, and out flew a small, red drone. It was a strange robot, shaped like a large, red, metal eyeball with a very advance camera acting as its "eye," and a long, unfinished looking back end which was connected to the "eye" and seamed to be what allowed the thing to fly. It landed on the ground, the "eye" standing strait up in the air and the "tail" split into three ends which allowed it to stay standing. Within the drone was recorded a holographic message Vexxus had recorded earlier for Saylo. It would tell him that
" I am now in possession of your child, and the mother who is to bear it. I understand the pain you must be in because of this situation, and know that you fear for the child's life. Well, the baby is safe for now, however how long it remains that way depends on you. If you want to find out my terms, please come to my personal space ship, the Kyro 1. It's easy enough to find if you go into space, and if you can't get a spacecraft yourself, I will be more then happy to lend you one of my own. You can contact me through the communicator found in the storage hatch on this drone, which can be opened with the security code 0041. Remember, the clock is ticking my friend, and if you don't come to me soon, you may find the child has already been killed."
